The business was founded in 2015 by Pippa Bateman, who combined her psychology & performing arts roots to become a highly respected leadership coach.

Elite atheletes practice. So do elite conversationalists. We bring practice into the room. We use live role play with expert coaches, forum theatre scenarios played out by professional actors and filmed conversations to build self-awareness and turn knowledge into embodied skill.
