Meet Amy

As a daughter of actors, Amy grew up in an east-end family where storytelling and verbal experimentation was the (often dysfunctional) norm. This stirred a passion for playful, bold, liberating conversation.

Her career has been defined by a core purpose; to help her clients build the confidence and tools to have the conversations that truly matter.

She studied Education and English literature at the University of Cambridge, where she learnt the mechanics of language learning, social communication and EQ. After a masters in social work, she qualified as a systemic family therapist, before bringing her skills into the boardroom as an in-house ‘corporate family therapist’ for the partners and c-suite clients of a Big Four firm.

She expanded her toolkit, training as an MG Taylor facilitator - a methodology for fast, collaborative innovation. As a freelance facilitator and coach, she helps clients say the unsayable, in conversations that are at once serious, exciting and memorable.
