Meet Saskia
Saskia is a leadership consultant and executive coach, specialising in maximising the human potential within organisations.
After graduating from Heriot Watt University with an MA (Hons) in International Business and Languages (French and Russian) Saskia went on to gain a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource from Bournemouth University, an MA in International Liaison and Communication from Westminster University and a Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice from Kings College London.
With over 20 years in the British Army, she has extensive experience of working with – and leading - high-performing teams under pressure. Having experienced the challenges of being a woman in a male-dominated industry she is also passionate about empowering individuals from under-represented groups to excel.
Saskia’s experience lies in project management and human resources and, as a fluent French speaker, she has worked with multinational teams and facilitated strategic leadership courses around the world.
