Meet Sonja
Half Irish, half German, a Londoner born and bred, Sonja grew up alive to cultural differences and nuances.
After studying English and Theatre at the University of Ulster she spent the early part of her career working as an actress and voice over artist before moving into experiential training providing role play and forum theatre techniques to help clients practice the art of productive conversations and delivering difficult messages.
Today Sonja works as a facilitator and coach helping clients with their personal impact and communication skills, whether that be in leading a presentation, pitching for new work or building and developing client relationships. This starts with helping clients identify their strengths, development areas and working styles before putting in place tangible steps to practice, develop and adapt so as to achieve one’s full potential.
Sonja has worked in many business sectors including financial services, consultancy, pharmaceuticals, law, aviation, transport and also the Civil Service.
